Have you ever wanted to get a birds eye view of Roatan? Roatan Zipline Cruiseship Excursion is the tour your looking for.

Glide through the air like Superman!!! Come enjoy this fun-filled excursion with us. Once you have met us at your cruise ship port, enjoy a 25 minute ride passing by local villages as you make your way to the zipline canopy tour location, where you will be expertly suited-up with your harness, gloves and helmet.

Haven't ziplined before? No worries... Located on 28 lush acres, your Roatan Zipline Canopy Adventure will begin with a safety orientation given by your professional instructor/zipline guide, who is with you on your zipline tour step by step, zipline to zipline, platform to platform.

The ziplines include two cables: cable #1 is used to attach the zipliner's harness & pulley for easy gliding from treetop to treetop; cable #2 is used to attach the emergency clips. There are 16 platforms at different levels along the tour, and there are also 13 cables, not including the emergency cables.

The length of the canopy tour is just short of 2 miles. The station to station lengths range from a short but exhilarating 40 feet to an awesome 1250 feet. The height of the zips range from 20 to 85 feet from the ground.

Enjoy a close up experience with nature as you zipline over Roatan's lush, green tropical jungle. You will see stunning ocean views and awesome scenery, while ziplining treetop to treetop, above and beneath the tree canopy on this Eco-Tour called zipline. Look out for our vivid green iguanas, sometimes birds and other wildlife.

After you have finished your zipline activity, get ready to play with our white-faced capuchin monkeys. Hug, hold, take as many pictures as you like, play, and laugh with your new island friends, as they are so curious. You will love them! Lots of fun for everyone!

Next, we head to the beach! Jump in for some swimming or snorkel time, or relax at one of the many beachside bars and restaurants, or just wander around in the shopping area along our beautiful white powdersand beach.

If interested in snorkeling and you have your own snorkel gear, bring it along with you. If not, gear rental is available at your extra expense, as are the food and beverages.

You have access to restrooms, fresh water showers and changing rooms, free of charge.

Price/Cost for this tour
$60 each person

If you have friends or family members who want to go to the beach but do not want to zipline, bring them along with you for an additional cost of $20 each person. At the Zipline location, there is a deck that overlooks the zipline with benches, restrooms, cold beverage center, and gift shop, where they can relax while everyone else enjoys an adrenaline rush!

What you find at Beach?

There are bars, restaurants, snorkel gear rental, seakayaks, beach chair rental, banana boats rides, fishing charters, parasailing, diving, hair braiding, shopping, and massages at your extra expense.

Tour Includes:

• Private tour, with your English speaking driver/guide, who is with you, and waits for you all the time.
• Air-conditioned, clean, spacious vehicle.
• Pick up at cruise ship dock, tour as described above, and return transportation back to cruise ship dock.
• Zipline activity as described above
• At zipline location, there are restrooms and asitting area. Cold beverage center at your extra expense.
• Monkey Interaction (hold, hug monkeys, take pictures as much as you like)
• Beach /snorkel time. If you want to snorkel and have your own snorkel gear, bring it along with you. If not, gear rental is available at your extra expense.

What to bring and wear:

• We recommend that you wear or bring pants, comfortable clothing, shorts, tennis shoes or shoes with a strap.
• Insect repellent
• Sun block
• If you bring a videocam or camera, make sure it has a strap
• Swim suit and towel, if going to the beach

Tour Duration
This tour lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours. However, the zipline portion lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of your group. The rest of your time is spent at the beach. If you do not want to do the beach part of this tour, let you driver know, and we will return you back to your cruise ship after the canopy tour/monkey interaction.
We return you to you ship no later than 1 hour before your ship's departure, sooner if you wish.

Restrictions
Maximum weight is 300 pounds.
The minimum age is 5 years old.
This tour is not recommended for people with heart problems, seizure disorders, pregnant, or having problems with balance and vertigo.

Method of Payment for your Tour
Theris Roatan Tours/Dixon Tours require a $30 deposit to make a reservation, done via PayPal to . If you agree to make your deposit, just send me an email in acceptance, after which I will send you a PayPal invoice so you can make your deposit. Please follow the PayPal instructions in the email in order to make your deposit. Once you have made your deposit, PayPal will notify me, and I will email you instructions on how to meet your private driver with air conditioned vehicle for your tour with us, Theris Roatan Tours/Dixon Tours.

Please print the meeting instructions and a copy of your PayPal deposit receipt and bring them along with you when you meet the Theris Roatan Tours/Dixon Tours representatives at your cruise ship port.

The remaining balance of your tour is payable only in US$ cash to your driver at the end of your tour when you are back at your cruise ship port no later 1 hour before your ship's departure time (sooner if you wish).

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If your cruise ship is rescheduled to Roatan a day sooner or later, please note that your tour is not cancelled - it is automatically transferred to your new arrival date. Although we are usually aware of these changes, notification on your part of any schedule changes your ship may make regarding Roatan is always appreciated and ensures your day on Roatan will not be lost.

Your deposit is refunded in full to you if your ship does not sail, does not dock at the Roatan Island Cruise Ship Port due to inclement weather or ocean conditions, or if you have to cancel your tour/reservation for any reason. Notification of cancellation must be made via email, or phone call before your ship arrives at the Roatan Island Cruise Ship Port.

Meeting Time and Instructions
We suggest to our guests that you meet us, DIXON TOURS, 1 hour after your ship has docked. That way we make an early start on your tour, and ensure you a longer stay with us while touring Roatan Island. Don't rush yourselves as we will be waiting for you, and we know it takes time for you to get off the ship.
